1. Agreement

By using Group Moves you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. The service

Group Moves lets groups plan trips, coordinate plans and track shared costs. Expense and payment features are record-keeping tools only: Group Moves does not move money between people.

3. Your account

Keep your login secure and give accurate information. You're responsible for activity on your account.

4. Your content

You own what you post. You give us permission to store and show it to the people you share it with, as needed to run the service.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Group Moves for anything unlawful, harassing or harmful, and don't try to access other people's accounts or data. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Subscriptions

Some features need a paid subscription, billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play through your account there. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds follow Apple's or Google's policies.

7. Disclaimer and liability

Group Moves is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the app.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will tell you about significant changes. Using the app after a change means you accept it.
